There are three vila apartments (named after the grapes from the region), two 2 bedroom and one with one bedroom, sleeping 2 to 12 in various combinations, Vila Prać makes a good pairing with Vila Bogdanuša for groups of 5 or 6 who want some privacy and an additional bathroom as well as bedroom (including 2 roll away beds.)

The topmost level of the property has 2 bedrooms and a large balcony overlooking the Adriatic. This executive apartment is the largest, with two bedrooms and full size balcony. This apartment is the smallest with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It has a lovely patio surrounded by a beautiful garden.
